Requirements:
- New installations may require additional cabling, quoted on-site and approved before work begins.
- The ceiling must be plaster with existing suitable wiring for the advertised price. Cement or brick ceilings require on-site assessment and a quote.
- There must be a 250mm clearance in the ceiling for the advertised price to apply; otherwise, a quote will be provided upon inspection.
