Terms & Conditions for FREE MP UPGRADE

Thank you for choosing GESA Electrical & CCTV Solutions.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our Free Camera Upgrade Offer. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • 1️⃣ Offer Validity
  • – This Free Camera Upgrade Offer is valid only on 14th February  2025.
    – The first 5 customers who book a full HiLook CCTV installation are eligible for the free upgrade from 4MP to 6MP cameras.
    – Once 5 bookings are confirmed, the promotion ends.
  • 2️⃣ Booking & Deposit
    – A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
    – Payment can be made via **bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
    – Bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours of accepting the quote, or the offer may be forfeited.
  • 3️⃣ Installation & Service
    – Installation must be scheduled within 30 days from the date of booking.
    – If unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., extreme weather, stock delays), GESA Electrical & CCTV Solutions reserves the right to reschedule the installation at no extra charge.
    – The cost provided in the quote is for a standard installation only. Any non-standard requirements (e.g., extra cabling, additional works, special mounting requirements) may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.
  • 4️⃣ Exclusions & Limitations
    – This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or custom pricing agreements.
    – The free upgrade applies only to the camera resolution (4MP to 6MP) and does not include additional accessories, changes to the system, or non-standard modifications.
    – Any additional services requested outside of the agreed installation scope will be quoted separately.
  • 5️⃣ Customer Responsibilities
    – The customer must provide clear access to the installation site on the scheduled date and ensure a safe working environment for the technicians.
    – If additional site preparation is required (e.g., access to power points, structural adjustments), this must be arranged before installation.
    – If the customer is unable to provide access on the agreed date, a rescheduling fee may apply.
  • 6️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds
    – Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled installation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    – If GESA Electrical & CCTV Solutions cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full or applied toward a rescheduled date.
  • 7️⃣ Liability Disclaimer
    – GESA Electrical & CCTV Solutions is fully licensed and insured and follows all safety regulations.
    – We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues with electrical wiring, network connectivity, or structural conditions that may impact the functionality of the CCTV system.
    – While we ensure proper setup and testing, ongoing network performance (e.g., Wi-Fi reliability for remote access) is the customer’s responsibility.
